Mitsty enables users to upload documents, customize print options, place printing orders, and receive printed documents through our authorized print and delivery partners.

2. Eligibility

• Be at least 18 years old or use the Services under parental supervision.
• Provide accurate registration and order information.
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes.

3. User Account

• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
• You are responsible for activities performed through your account.

4. Document Upload

• You own the uploaded content or have permission to print it.
• Your files do not violate copyright or applicable laws.
• Files must not contain illegal, abusive, or harmful material.

Mitsty reserves the right to reject orders violating these Terms.

5. Printing Accuracy

Customers are responsible for reviewing uploaded files before ordering.

• Low-resolution images
• Formatting issues
• Missing pages

6. Pricing

• Displayed prices include applicable charges unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may change without prior notice.
• The final amount is shown before payment.

7. Payment

• Payment must be completed before printing begins.
• Payments are processed through secure gateways.
• Mitsty does not store payment card details.

8. Order Confirmation

Orders may be cancelled due to:

• Payment failure
• Technical issues
• Unsupported delivery location
• Fraud detection
• Violation of these Terms

9. Cancellation & Refunds

Orders can be cancelled only before printing starts. Refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy.

10. Delivery

Delivery estimates depend on:

• Service area
• Traffic
• Weather
• Partner availability
• Public holidays

11. Privacy & Document Security

• Documents are used only for order processing.
• Files are securely stored during processing.
• Files are automatically deleted within 1 hour after successful delivery.
• Users may manually delete files where supported.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content including logos, software, graphics, text, and trademarks belongs to Violavizn Technologies (OPC) Private Limited and may not be copied without written permission.

13. Prohibited Activities

• Uploading malware or viruses.
• Uploading illegal or copyrighted material.

14. Limitation of Liability
